Live Life Tours is a platform that bridges the gap between customers looking for exceptional travel experiences and tour operators offering these services. This website, including any mobile application or other platform (collectively "Website"), is managed and operated by Live Life Australia (ABN 21 578 502 190), which trades as Live Life Tours. By using our Website or making a booking, you're entering into a legally binding contract under these terms and conditions ("Terms").

Contractual Agreement

Your use of the Website, whether for browsing, booking, or any other activities, confirms your agreement to comply with these Terms. If you disagree with any part, your only recourse is to stop using our services. Importantly, the individual who makes the booking is considered to have accepted these terms not only for themselves but also for all other persons named in the booking.

Our Role and Services

We serve as a digital intermediary between you and various tour operators ("Tour Operators"). Our platform allows you to browse, inquire about, and book various tours ("Tours"). We make efforts to ensure the information is accurate and current; however, we can't guarantee the availability or description of any Tours. We don't operate tours, nor are we legally responsible for any aspect of the Tours you may book.

Accuracy and Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent the Tours available through our platform. However, we can't be held accountable for inaccuracies, misrepresentations, or failures attributable to the Tour Operators. In the event we are found to be liable under any circumstance, our maximum liability to you is limited to rescheduling the Tour at a later date convenient to the Customer.

Fees and Charges

When you make a booking, you agree to pay the Tour Operator's advertised price for the Tour ("Price"). As of now, there are no additional fees charged by us for using our booking platform. However, this is subject to change, and any changes will be communicated appropriately.

Tour Operator's Conditions

You are obliged to adhere to all terms, conditions, and instructions provided by the Tour Operator. This includes but is not limited to payment terms, safety instructions, and any other guidelines or conditions the Tour Operator may set.

Age and Identity Verification

The platform is designed for use by adults. As such, you must be 18 years or older to create an account or make a booking. We reserve the right to ask for valid photo identification to confirm your age and identity before allowing participation in any Tour.

Cancellations, Amendments, and Refunds

By Customer: To cancel or amend a booking, you must communicate directly with the Tour Operator. Even if the Tour Operator allows a refund, we reserve the right to retain a Booking Fee and a deposit that is equivalent to 20% of the Tour Price.

By Tour Operator: If a Tour Operator cancels a Tour, you may be eligible for a full refund, inclusive of any Booking Fee we may have charged.

Due to Weather: Tours cancelled due to weather conditions will be rescheduled where possible. We bear no responsibility for rescheduling or refunds in these situations.

Insurance

We highly recommend that you secure appropriate travel and health insurance before participating in any Tours. It is your responsibility to understand the risks associated and to take necessary precautions.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. In the event of any legal disputes, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located within Queensland, Australia.

Amendments to This Agreement

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of our platform constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these Terms.
